Akron, Ohio

The United Building is a landmark, National Register listed, office building located on the most prominent corner in downtown Akron, Ohio.  The original design was completed in 1923 for the United Cigar Stores, Corp. The project consisted of an exterior restoration, new storefronts & east entrance, and all new core including electrical and mechanical systems for the building.

The building design and restoration was coordinated with the State Historic Preservation Office to allow theowner to take advantage of historic tax credits.
