Akron, Ohio

Located next to the United building on an infill urban site is the Commerce Center Building.  The project is an extension of the United Building, designed to align floor plates and provide up to 14,000 contiguous square feet for larger tenants.  The preliminary design envisions 60,000 square feet of new office space, with all the charm of being part of a landmark historic structure.
