Town Builders / Memorial Station
Estate Home - Free standing homes at south end of the parcel. These homes will
typically be the largest within Memorial Station.
City Home (Expandable) - Free standing homes will be designed for future addition. This
allows younger people to start ÒcozyÓ and add-on as their household size
increases. Additionally, expandability permits Òmother-in-lawÓ suite for
family care at home.
Courtyard Home - Free standing home situated on lot with rear lane access to
garage. Side yard becomes private courtyard.
Accessory Carriage Loft - Lots for free standing homes will permit accessory lofts above
the garage. While possibly detached, this structure will be an integral part of
the dwelling. The loft may be used for storage, studio and/or living space under
control of the primary dwelling owner.
Dwelling Concepts - Attached
Canal
Town Builders / Memorial Station
Townhome - Two story or three built into slope with garage/utility space
accessed from the lower ground level and living space accessed from the higher
ground level. Town Homes are attached horizontally with the living space
arranged vertically.
Flex Home - Townhome style dwellings constructed toward Memorial Parkway.
Elevations will be respectful of the intensity of the parkway and incorporate
landscape features to creatively ÒsoftenÓ the street. Entrances will be
oriented within Memorial Station. The ground level will be designed as
potential studio and/or living space under control of the primary dwelling
owner.
Garden Home - One and one half stories with garage/utility/living space
accessed from the ground level and additional living above. Dwellings may be
attached vertically as well as horizontally. Living and main bedroom will
typically be on the same level.
