The project consisted of the design of a 360,000
square foot operations and call center building including the interior
architecture. The
building was the second phase of an existing master plan that called
for six buildings and two parking garages. The exterior design was meant to be a clean corporate
architecture with a presence from I-480, a major expressway.
The interior included an interior street that organized
the circulation of the complex, as well as a cafeteria, presentation
lab, and fitness center. The project delivery was fast track with a construction
manager.
