Coventry Ohio

The project was to plan a 3-acre parcel for two or more buildings. The site is next to a major expressway and visibility from the expressway was a major objective for the buildings. The main feature is a forty-foot high tower element, which contains the site identification and tenant signage. The buildings are designed to be relatively simple wood frame structures with some wood detailing reminiscent of craftsman style details, appropriate to the potential sub-contractor tenants that the buildings are designed to attract.
