Canton, Ohio

ABA was retained to create a master plan to explore the feasibility of creating a larger corporate campus within a downtown context.   The plan was phased to show how the site could be developed over time for a corporate headquarters, containing over 140,000 square feet in new and existing buildings.  The study was also used in discussions with the City of Canton to provide additional parking in the form of a new deck.
